Enjoy FREE shipping on all orders over $99!

Our free shipping offer applies to all orders within Canada that meet the $99 minimum. Simply add $99 or more of our premium handmade soaps to your cart, and shipping is on us.

Standard Shipping

For orders under $99, we offer flat-rate shipping:

  • Standard Shipping: $21 flat rate across Canada
  • Typical delivery time: 5-10 business days

Local Pickup in Halifax

Located in the Halifax area? Save on shipping by choosing local pickup at checkout! We'll notify you when your order is ready for pickup.

Shipping Regions

We currently ship to addresses within Canada only. We're working on expanding to the United States in the future!

All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our products.

Due to the nature of our handmade soap products, we maintain a strict no-return policy for health, safety, and contamination concerns. Once a product leaves our facility, we cannot accept it back to ensure the integrity and safety of our inventory.

While we cannot accept returns, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a damaged item or have concerns about your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll work with you to resolve any issues.
