Shipping policy

We currently ship within Canada only.

Shipping Rates

• Free Shipping on all Canadian orders $99 CAD and over

• Standard Shipping: $22 CAD for orders 0–5 kg

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During busy seasons, launches, or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer. Any delays will be communicated as clearly as possible.

Delivery Timeframe

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days within Canada, depending on your location and carrier service. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or peak shipping periods.
